Here, we had a spacious room with comfortable beds and nearly soundproof windows, plus plenty of storage space, in addition to a great location and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and straightforward, and the staff were supper friendly, truly enjoyed the favourable location close enough to supermarket, Close to metro, and the attractions. Coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator in my queen room were a very thoughtful addition.

The hotel is a bit old but quite well maintained. It has spacious rooms and parking. The breakfast is not very varied but enough to start the day.

Communication with the staff was somewhat difficult as only one cleaner spoke Spanish. The elevator was out of order the first night, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. As we were not able to cancel 100% of our stay when checking in (due to credit card limits), by the second day our reservation had been cancelled. Thanks to the cleaning lady who spoke Spanish we were able to solve the problem. Although it is only a few blocks away from the Paseo de la Fama, in the surroundings of the hotel you can see many people sleeping in the streets (although we must clarify that we did not have any inconvenience).

Everything was good, nice hotel, the location was marvellous near to many restaurants nearby, and the NBC Studios for live audience shows. Our room was well-maintained and compact, equipped with fridge, comfy beds and storage space.

We booked here because we got cancelled somewhere else and got a room on the spot. . The price I think is in line with what you see in the Los Angeles and San Francisco area. Positive:. - Free PARKING. Indispensable if you are with a car in LA. - Breakfast included: not too much variety (juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, toast), but more than acceptable. - Room size and availability of coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. - Room made to new. You can tell from the bathroom that it was spotless. Very good shower. - Location: midway between Sunset and Hollywood Blv, only 25/30 walk to the walk of fame and 45 walk to the observatory (the best LA has). Also, 200m from the 101 to get to or from LA easily. For those who use public transportation: 200m from the metro station. Many options to buy food and even a giant Wallgreens and Food4Less at 100m.

Convenient location near Universal Studios and public transportation. Responsive staff who promptly addressed any issues. Breakfast provided, though not impressive. Clean lobby and improved bathroom fixtures. Quiet atmosphere for a peaceful stay.

Staff was pretty nice, room was nice as well, definitely liked big bed in it.

Only one thing in the bathroom which i didn't like was a shower, a bit poor pressure and you can't move it.

For a short trip in la, we were satisfied with our stay at Super 8 Hollywood. The staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean (but small) and it was conveniently located walking distance from a Starbucks and subway. If you are after luxury, this might not be the hotel for you. But if the purpose of your trip is to be out and about sight seeing all day, then Super 8 Hollywood is all you need.

Surrounding area seemed a little bit dodgey at night.. But safe in the hotel.

Conveniently located near Sunset Blvd and Little Armenia, with easy access to Hollywood attractions. Spacious rooms, including those for disabled guests. Good views of Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Close to metro station and Walgreens. a great value for a last-minute stay.
